Welcome to Peanut's Jump and Play! Please review our policy carefully before using our bounce
houses. By renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability: Peanut's Jump and Play is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of our
equipment. Customers use the equipment at their own risk.
Supervision: Constant adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
Deposit: A $75 non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your bounce house. This
deposit will be applied towards the total rental cost.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the weather forecast predicts temperatures below 45°F on
the day of your rental.
Prohibited Items: No toys, sharp objects, or any other items are allowed inside the bounce house.
Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the bounce house. Refer to the attached
documentation for capacity details.
Weather Restrictions: Outdoor rentals are permitted only when weather conditions are favorable.
Rentals will not be permitted if the temperature is below 45°F.
Location: Bounce houses can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Age Requirement: The customer renting the bounce house must be over 18 years of age.
Damage Inspection: A thorough inspection for damage will be conducted upon arrival and at
departure. Photos will be taken to document the condition of the equipment before and after use.
Damage Charges: The customer will be charged $400 for any damage to the bounce house,
excluding normal wear and tear.
Signage: Peanut's Jump and Play will place a business sign near the rented equipment during the
rental period and remove it upon pickup.
Setup Requirements: The setup location must be within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time.
Confirmation: Confirmation emails will be sent upon receipt of the deposit and after the final
payment is processed.
